Jefferies’ diversified alternative asset management platform offers clients a wide range of investment strategies through its affiliated asset managers. A focus on strategic alignment across the platform, its asset managers, and its institutional investors, is our foundation.
Focus
We seek to maintain strategic alignment across our asset managers and institutional investors. We offer investors the opportunity to invest alongside Jefferies Financial Group Inc. (“Jefferies”) (through its subsidiaries), which maintains investments with and/or revenue share or equity interests in the asset managers on the platform. We provide affiliated asset managers with access to stable long-term capital, operational infrastructure, as well as global distribution.
Investor Base
We serve a diverse investor base that includes sovereign wealth funds, public and corporate pensions, insurance companies, foundations, endowments and other institutional investors.

Leucadia Asset Management (“LAM”) is the brand name for the alternative asset management business conducted by Leucadia Asset Management LLC, Jefferies Asset Management Limited (“JAML”) and other affiliated asset managers in which LAM Holdings and its affiliates have a revenue share or equity interest, and/or with which LAM Holdings (or its affiliate) has invested its own capital. (1) This represents the aggregate AUM of the LAM platform as of 6/30/2026, including direct AUM and AUM of affiliated asset managers in which LAM Holdings and its affiliates has a revenue share or equity interest, and/or with which LAM Holdings (or its affiliate) has invested its own capital. AUM is inclusive of assets managed Hildene and is exclusive of JCP. (2) LAM may provide a central infrastructure and support hub for the diverse strategies on the platform, which includes strategic business development, operations, compliance and capital raising support.
