Mr. Pearce is Head of European Direct Lending for Jefferies Credit Partners. His primary responsibilities include investment sourcing, execution, portfolio management and oversight of the European direct lending business.
Prior to this role, Mr. Pearce was Head of the Direct Lending team at M&G for ten years after serving as a senior member of the Leveraged Finance team. Earlier in his career, Mr. Pearce was with BNP Paribas and J.P. Morgan.
Mr. Pearce received a BSc in Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
