Ms. Chew is APAC Co‑Head of Sales & Marketing for Jefferies Asset Management and is responsible for leading the firm’s capital‑raising efforts across Asia Pacific.
Prior to joining Jefferies (Leucadia Asset Management) in 2023, Ms. Chew was Director of Asia Distribution at AMP Capital, a global asset manager specialising in real estate and infrastructure investments, where she led private markets fundraising in Southeast Asia. Previously, Ms. Chew spearheaded distribution efforts across Asia for private markets and ESG strategies at Federated Hermes International. Ms. Chew began her alternatives career at Winton Capital, a leading quantitative investment manager, where she held business development roles in London and Hong Kong, covering Southeast Asia, Taiwan, and Hong Kong. Earlier in her career, she held roles at Standard Chartered Bank, Lehman Brothers, Citibank, and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Ms. Chew holds an MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business and a Bachelor of Accountancy from Nanyang Technological University.
