As used herein, Jefferies Asset Management is a brand name for the asset management platform that includes the asset management business conducted by the following SEC-registered investment advisers: Jefferies Finance LLC (“Jefferies Finance”), Jefferies Credit Partners LLC (“JCP LLC”), Jefferies Credit Management LLC (“JCM”), Jefferies Asset Management Limited (“JAML”), Jefferies Credit Partners Europe Limited (“JCP Europe”), and Leucadia Asset Management LLC, as well as affiliated asset managers in which Leucadia Asset Management Holdings LLC (“LAM Holdings”) (or its affiliates) have a revenue share or equity interest, and/or with which LAM Holdings (or its affiliates) have invested their own capital.
